On Saturday 12th November, Bang! The Official Videogame will see its full multicross-platform multiplayer go live. Players with Apple iPhone, iPad, Atom Netbook and PC will, for the very first time, be able to play the same multiplayer game together.

Imagine the scene – you’re playing games on your PC. Your brother is on holiday playing games on his Apple iPad.
Your best friend is travelling playing games on their Apple iPhone and your Mum is playing games on her Netbook. Everyone is playing, but not together. Multiplayer games have always been specific to a certain platform or cross-platform between a single console and PC, but now this is no longer the case – BANG! has blown this wide open!

The original ‘Spaghetti Western’ card-based board game from publisher dVGiochi is already a massive success selling over 600,000 copies worldwide. BANG! The Official Videogame is a co-operative venture between Italian production company Palzoun and videogame developer SpinVector.

Their focus has been to develop a unique multicross-platform multiplayer, within a game native to each platform, which allows users to play this exciting interactive board game together collectively. With over 200,000 players already enjoying BANG!, the multicross-platform multiplayer looks set to intensify player’s fun and engagement.

Daniele Azara, Production Director of Palzoun said, “We wanted to recreate the experience of playing a card game around a table and developing the game for Apple iPhone, iPad, Netbook and PC, we chose convenient gaming platforms with the widest mainstream attraction. The multicross-platform multiplayer feature of BANG! means that, for the first time, players who each own these standalone platforms will be able to play the same game together.”

Players who have already purchased BANG! will receive the feature for free, and new customers can purchase the game feature complete from Saturday 12th November.

Daniele continues; “The term ‘multicross-platform multiplayer’ is a new but it is a familiar definition which links the well-known concepts of ‘multi-format’ with ‘cross-platform’ functionality. BANG! is a fantastic board game which has shown its massive mainstream appeal and with the combination of great gameplay and multicross-platform multiplayer, we look forward to continuing this success with the videogame version.”

Il gioco originale pubblicato dall’editore dVGiochi, un board-game in puro stile Spaghetti Western con tutta la strategia di un solido gioco di carte, è da tempo un grande successo forte di più 600.000 copie vendute in tutto il mondo. New live action launch trailer unveiled

BANG!, the Spaghetti Western board game coming to Apple iPhone, iPad HD, iPod Touch, Atom Netbook and PC, fires from the hip with its brand new, live action trailer.

The film, inspired by Spaghetti Western movie director legend Sergio Leone, sees the Outlaws take on the Sheriff and his Deputies in a fight to the death! But the Sheriff and his Posse are not what you’d expect…

Born into a poor farming family in Princetown, Missouri, Janet learned to fend for herself from an early age. At 6 years old, her Mother and Father died in a freak yachting accident leaving Janet to look after her 12 brothers, where she managed to keep order with a gun and a smile! BANG! – CALAMITY JANET – Pistolera. Affascinante. Letale.

Nata da una famiglia povera di agricoltori a Princetown, in Missouri, Janet ha imparato a difendersi da sola fin da piccola. All’età di sei anni, il padre e la madre perirono in un curioso naufragio lasciando Janet a badare ai suoi dodici fratelli, un buona scuola per mantenere l’ordine con pistola e sorriso!
